STAR★CREATIVE ("we/us") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in connection with our smartphone applications, Windows software, and website (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information obtained when using the Windows software (subscription service)
   • Registration details (name, contact, login ID, etc.)
   • Information necessary to verify payment status
   • *Credit card and other payment information are managed by a payment processor designated by us and are not retained by us. (No payment information is collected by the Android app.)
3. Information obtained when using the Android app (ad-supported)
   • Advertising ID (Advertising ID / IDFA): for ad delivery and measurement.
   • Device info (OS version, model, etc.): for bug fixes and quality improvements.
   • Usage data (interaction logs, crash reports, etc.): for service improvement and analysis.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

3. To verify license authentication and usage rights for the Windows software

Our Android applications (including the free version) use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob). Advertising providers may use access information and advertising IDs to display ads tailored to users' interests. Article 4 (Analytics)

We may use Google's "Google Analytics" and "Firebase" to understand how the Service is used and improve its quality. Traffic data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

Article 5 (External Services and Third-Party Disclosure)

We do not provide personal information to third parties without user consent except in the following cases:

1. When required by law.
2. When necessary to protect life, health, or property.
3. When particularly necessary for public health or the sound growth of children.
4. When cooperation with government agencies or local authorities is required.

The Service utilizes the following external services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google login authentication)
• Cloud Firestore (authentication and subscription status management)
• Stripe (payment page redirection for Chrome extension/Android app, webhook-based subscription updates)
• Infotop, Inc. (sales and payment management for AliGetter Windows version)
• Google AdMob (advertising in the Android app)
• AliExpress (product information retrieval based on user actions)

*Credit card numbers and other sensitive payment information are managed by Stripe, Infotop, and other payment processors, and we do not retain such data.*

Article 6 (Data Retention and Security Measures)

• Local data stored by the Chrome extension is retained until the user deletes it or uninstalls the extension.
• Authentication and subscription-related data is retained as long as necessary for account management and legal compliance.
• We implement reasonable security measures such as access controls and permission management.

Article 7 (User Rights)

Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information under applicable law. Please contact us using the inquiry form if you wish to exercise these rights.

Article 8 (Children’s Information)

The Service is not designed for children under 13. If we become aware of a user under 13, we will take appropriate action.

• Data Transmission: All communications use HTTPS/Firebase secure channels.
• Browsing History: We do not collect browsing history or content outside of AliExpress-related domains.
• Local Data Deletion: Users can delete storage data via the extension options or Chrome extensions management screen.
• Single-purpose: The extension is dedicated solely to retrieving AliExpress product information and outputting CSV files.
